Elvis Stansvik 3b2b57e408 ref-manual: terms: Fix poky tarball root folder 
When extracting the tarball the root folder is not named `poky`, but
e.g. `poky-gatesgarth-24.0.0`.

Nicolas Dechesne b70318797c ref-manual: remove 'ref' from filenames 
All filenames duplicate the 'manual name', which is not needed, and
make all references longer than they should. Rename all files to be as
consise as possible, and fix all references
