Add LRO_SSLVERIFYPEER and LRO_SSLVERIFYHOST options (RhBug: 1093014)

It incorrectly setopt CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYPEER for LRO_SSLVERIFYHOST.
Use CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYHOST to correct.
