Scott Rifenbark 100d6c2782 bitbake: bitbake-user-manual: Updated the example BitBake directory

This directory no longer has setup.py as part of the directory.
I removed that line from the example in the
"Obtaining BitBake" section.

Fixes YOCTO #8623
