Gary Thomas 5dca71bc2a bitbake: bitbake: Make printed 'runqueue' be consistently capitalized

This has always bothered me:
  NOTE: Preparing runqueue
  NOTE: Executing RunQueue Tasks

This patch changes the messages to be consistent.
