Ming Liu 66ed174ccd kernel.bbclass: introduce KERNEL_LOCALVERSION 
Just like UBOOT_LOCALVERSION, an end user can set KERNEL_LOCALVERSION
to append a string to the name of the local version of the kernel
image.
