Scott Garman 6ea9711c49 Add missing SUMMARY fields to various recipes 
This adds the SUMMARY field to the following recipes which were
missing it:

* dosfstools
* grep
* icu
* libevent
* libnfsidmap
* qemu-helper-nativesdk
