Shunsuke Tokumoto 8dae11e0b5 python3-setuptools: Add "python:setuptools" to CVE_PRODUCT 
Since there are vulnerabilities that cannot be detected by the existing
CVE_PRODUCT, add "python:setuptools" to CVE_PRODUCT.
