Richard Purdie 201fd94185 bitbake: cooker: Ensure parseConfiguration clears parsecache_valid ...

BB_SERVER_TIMEOUT=100 oe-selftest -r bblayers

was failing and highlighted that since parseConfiguation clears data
structures, it needs to also clear parsecache_valid as it no longer
contains correct data.
