Valentin Popa 963374e1c8 make: add 'inherit pkgconfig' ...

Bitbaking make-native generates syntax error during
configure: 'PKG_PROG_PKG_CONFIG: command not found'.
Add 'inherit pkgconfig' to solve this issue.
