Ed Bartosh 4c35cd94e3 create-pull-request: cleanup bashisms 
Made create-pull-request POSIX compatible:
   - Replaced /bin/bash -> /bin/sh in shebang.
   - Replaced usage of pushd/popd with generic shell commands.
   - Tested on zsh and dash.
