Ed Bartosh e9fbc7a2d2 devtool: build-image: rename LOG -> logger 
Used logger variable name instead of LOG as it is used the rest
of the devtool code.
Pylint complains about 'logger' being invalid constant name,
but it's better to be consistent in naming.
