samba: update smb.conf

There are some options are deprecated in smb.conf.

Refer to

to update it.

* Remove the deprecated "syslog only" and "syslog" global options and
  replace them with the "logging" statement.
* Remove wins support and wins server comments since WINS protocol is
  outdated.
* Improve idmap config
