ntfs-3g-ntfsprogs: fix SRC_URI

Browse Source 
The SRC_URI has became inaccessible some time ago, falling back to the
Yocto mirror. Instead use the Github mirror.

I ran a diff on the files of this revision and the files of the original
tarball, and the contents were bit-identical.
