python_numpy: Fix SRC_URI warnings.

This commit fixes the following warnings:
WARNING: Unable to get checksum for python-numpy SRC_URI entry config.h: file could not be found
WARNING: Unable to get checksum for python-numpy SRC_URI entry numpyconfig.h: file could not be found
