The dhcp-client has been removed from oe-core and the current networkmanager does not support dhcpcd >= 9.0 (See bug report: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/NetworkManager/NetworkManager/-/issues/410) Remove the PACKAGECONFIG[dhclient] and pass --with-dhclient/dhcpcd=no explicitly to EXTRA_OECONF.
