Paul Eggleton 25ddcf5d9e modphp: fix text relocation QA warning

Fixes the following warning:

WARNING: QA Issue: ELF binary '${WORKDIR}/packages-split/modphp/usr/lib/apache2/modules/libphp5.so' has relocations in .text
