Huang Qiyu 67aff6b520 python-greenlet: 0.4.9 -> 0.4.11 
1) Upgrade python-greenlet from 0.4.9 to 0.4.11.
2) Delete 0001-Use-x-instead-of-r-for-aarch64-register-names.patch, since it is integrated upstream.
