python3-types-psutil: Upgrade 6.1.0.20241102 -> 7.0.0.20250601 
Upgrade to release 7.0.0.20250601:

- Add missing __dir__ method to psutil.Popen
- Replace Incomplete | None = None in third party stubs
- Update psutil to 7.0.*
