Christophe Vu-Brugier 9cd8c54392 nvme-cli: upgrade 2.8 -> 2.9.1

Keep nvme-cli in sync with libnvme which was upgraded from 1.8 to
1.9 by the following commit:

 * f3b2cfa3e libnvme: upgrade 1.8 -> 1.9
