Kai Kang aa7cf3334f xfce4-panel: 4.13.6 -> 4.14.0 
Update xfce4-panel from 4.13.6 to 4.14.0.

* xfce4-panel ports to gtk+3 and gdbus, so remove dbus from DEPENDS and
  replace gtk+ with gtk+3
